Terms and Conditions

1. Dream Property Toowoomba refers to Wes Daniells Builders Toowoomba QBSA No 49648.
2. The “Nissan Micra + unit for $221 per week” offer only applies to units owned by Dream Property Toowoomba at Hirst Street Greenmount, Pilton Street Clifton and Joseph Street Toowoomba. These units were built Dream Property Toowoomba in the last 12 months.
3. The offer is only available on contracts for purchase of units signed before the 30th of September 2009.
4. The term “Buyer” refers to a person who purchases a unit under this offer.
5. Dream Property Toowoomba will purchase on behalf of buyers a 2009 model Nissan Micra without metallic paint. Buyers may be able to negotiate with Motor vehicle dealer to purchased metallic paint for approximately $495 extra.
6. Dream Property Toowoomba will pay motor vehicle dealer directly for cost of Nissan micra when contract for unit has settled. Buyer will sign contract for sale of Nissan micra with Motor Vehicle dealer after payment has been received from Dream property. Note Dream property reserves the right to choose motor vehicle dealer to buy Nissan micra from.
7. Dream Property Toowoomba will purchase one Nissan Micra per unit purchased. Where the contract for purchase of the unit does not settle, the buyer is not eligible for the Nissan Micra.
8. Dream property will not be responsible for car insurance, maintenance, warranty or registration costs.
9. “Nissan Micra + unit for $221 per week” refers to repayments on a home loan with a mortgage provider. The amount of $221 per week is an approximate amount based on the First Home Owners Grant of $21,000 being used as a deposit. Repayments will vary depending on cost of unit, deposit value and home loan specifications for example interest rate and bank fees.
10. Dream Property does not offer vendor finance. To purchase a unit the buyer must be able to personally obtain finance from a mortgage provider for the total cost of the unit.
11. Buyers are responsible for investigating eligibility for a home loan and eligibility for the First Home Owners Grant.
